Yoga |
Ananda Yoga is a gentle yoga whose main purpose is to bring awareness in the physical, mental and spiritual planes.
At the Innerlight Center we focus on tuning the chakras or energy centers during yoga. Firstly through the practice of asanas (yoga postures), secondly the art of breathing, or pranayama, and thirdly coming into stillness through meditation. These three levels will bring each individual into a state of harmony, love, health, joy and inner peace.
